Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments for patients located in Texas, allowing you to attend visits from the comfort of your home.
You can request an appointment by calling our office, submitting a request through our website, or contacting us through the patient portal.
Yes. Medication may be recommended when appropriate, but treatment is always individualized. We discuss options, benefits, side effects, and concerns collaboratively.
We accept select insurance plans. Please contact the office to verify your coverage and benefits prior to your appointment.
We understand that life happens. We ask that patients provide advance notice when possible so we can offer the appointment time to another patient in need.
Appointment frequency depends on your individual needs, treatment plan, and how you’re responding to care. Some patients are seen more frequently at the beginning of treatment and less often over time.
Yes. Patients may communicate through the patient portal for non-urgent questions, medication concerns, or appointment-related needs.
Booking Questions
To avoid delays or cancellations, all required intake forms, insurance information, and identification documents must be submitted online at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If paperwork is incomplete or documents are not received at least 24 hours before your appointment, your visit may need to be rescheduled.

We recommend completing all paperwork as soon as possible. Same-day submissions may delay your appointment or require rescheduling.
Completing paperwork in advance allows your provider time to review your information carefully and helps create a smoother, more focused appointment experience.
Yes. Patients may receive reminders regarding upcoming appointments, required paperwork, and outstanding forms.
Questions about prescription refills
Please request refills at least 3–5 business days before you run out of medication. This helps prevent gaps in treatment.
Same-day refills are not guaranteed. Processing time depends on provider availability, medication type, and whether a follow-up appointment is needed.
Some medications require a follow-up visit before refills can be approved. Your provider will let you know if an appointment is needed based on your treatment plan.
If you are out of medication, submit a refill request through the portal immediately and contact the office. We will do our best to assist, but urgent refills are not always possible outside of business hours.
Yes, pharmacies may send electronic refill requests, but patients should still monitor their own medication supply and submit requests proactively when possible.
